    • No refunds for incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Any complaint regarding quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos.

  • Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be considered.

  • Resolution may include replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
