1. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver cakes and flower bouquets to selected serviceable locations.

  • Delivery availability may vary based on location and product type.

  • Orders placed for non-serviceable areas may be cancelled and refunded as per our policy.

2. Delivery Timings

  • Delivery timings are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

  • Same-day and specific time-slot deliveries are subject to availability.

  • We do not guarantee exact delivery time but ensure delivery within the selected slot wherever possible.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout.

  • Shipping charges may vary based on location, delivery time, or product type.

  • Special or urgent deliveries may attract additional charges.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address:

    • The order may be handed over to security/reception/neighbour, or

    • Considered as successfully delivered.

  • Redelivery (if requested) may involve additional delivery charges.

6. Address & Contact Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery address and contact details.

  • Chinkiii.com will not be responsible for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect information.

7. Quality Assurance

  • All cakes and flower bouquets are checked before dispatch.

  • Minor variations in design, color, or packaging may occur due to availability or seasonal factors.

  • Complaints regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

8. No Delivery Situations
Delivery may not be possible in the following cases:

  • Recipient refuses to accept the order

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient not reachable

  • Restricted entry areas (hostels, hospitals, or secured locations)

In such cases, the order may be treated as delivered, and no refund will be issued.
9. Festival & Peak Days

  • During festivals, special occasions, or high-demand periods, delivery delays may occur.

  • We appreciate your patience during such times.
