  • Once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Same-day delivery orders are non-cancellable.

2. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Recipient unavailable or refusing to accept delivery

  • Delivery delay due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances

  • Product design or color variation (as shown for illustration purposes)

3. Eligible Refund Cases

4. Reporting an Issue

  • Clear photos/videos of the product must be shared for verification.

  • Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Replacement Policy

  • In approved cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement delivery is subject to product availability and location.

7. Force Majeure
Chinkiii.com shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or technical failures.
8. Final Decision
All refund and cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval by Chinkiii.com.
The company’s decision shall be final and binding.
